Too Much Watching TV a Risk For Mental Health

London: People who are addicted to television are jeopardizing their mental health, says a new study. It revealed that Scots who spend more than four hours a day are 80 per cent more likely to be depressed and anxious than those watching less than two.

They also typically suffered sleep problems regardless of how much they exercised.Experts also warned that it could consequently lead to serious mental health issues in later life. “We need to limit screen-based time,” the Sun quoted Mark Hamer, who led the University College London study, as saying.Source
